Terms & Condition

• exact driver & vehicle details will be shared with you at-least 2 hours prior to the journey.
• toll, parking , state tax , charges are to be paid by customer.
• any entrace / parking fee (if applicable) for all airport pickup and drop is to be paid by passenger directly to the driver.
• km countng garage to garage. (max.15 km add).
• Driver shall wait for 60 min. Post that booking will be cancelled with no refund.
• In case of partial payment, the balance payment of trip needs to be paid in advance.
• at the time of pick-upYou need to collect the receipts from driver for any toll tax, state tax, night charges or extra km paid directly to the driver during the trip, RASHMI CABS is not liable to provide invoices for such amount.
• pets and animals would not be allowed in the journey.
• the ac will be switched of during inclines and while climbing hilly areas.
• driver allowances Rs.250/ day extra.
• If your pick up or drop between 11:59 pm to 5:59 am, an additional night charge ( 500/night) will be applicable, these charges to be paid directly to the driver.
• Full day time : 6 am to 11:59 pm.
• Minimum 300 km per day avg. All car.
• In case of vehicle accident/break-down the company will provide an alternate vehicle or will refund the advance deposit if booking stands cancelled.
• To confirm the online cab bookings, an advance amount needs to be paid by the customer.
• In case the customer advance is less than 500 Rs, the company reserves the right to ask for more money to cover losses due to no show/cancellations.
• Advance not refundable
